This place should close down I have gotten better customer service at a drive thru! I have called this place 3 times to check on a dress and they did nothing but put me on hold for 20 minutes. Terrible service. You can't reach anyone there via telephone for an appointment or alterations or even a basic question. And when you do go down to the store there are too many appointments booked for the same times and very long lines and slow service. I would visit a different store.

Davids Bridal has a great selection of dresses but absolutely terrible service. There are too many appointments booked at the same time and not enough associates to go around. So the associates working are stressed out and not all that pleasant. Probably what's the worst part is if you need to call the store for anything ranging from a basic appointment to alterations it is literally...
