They get one star cuz I have to rate to finish review. They dont deserve that. Had to make an appointment to try mother of bride dresses. Why? The customer service was zero. The rest of the wedding party is in Florida so I was there alone. All they did was slap my name on a dressing room. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE for something I thought would be special.

The staff was so AMAZING! Serena was my consultant, and by far the most amazing customer service representative! She was attentive, understanding, and FABULOUS!!!! Totally recommend! I showed her my interests and the FIRST dress she pulled ended up being my wedding gown!!

Yikes nice dresses, but rude staff they do not make you feel comfortable when looking around the store. Door greeters snub potential clients, very sad.
