He was patient, listened to our needs, and then worked diligently to help us find a home that met our lifestyle and budget needs. Dave is very well connected to other service providers who also did an excellent job for us. He knows the area well. Working with him was a great experience.

David was knowledgeable and patient. We called him many times and asked many questions and he always looked into our questions without any complaints and in a timely manner.

Dave did an outstanding job helping me buy my first home. He is very knowledgeable and explained every step in buying a home. He did not pressure me at all. I felt that I was in the driver seat through the entire process and would recommend him to anyone in the process of buying or selling a home.

We learned that selling and purchasing a house is not always an easy process. We were not the people who listed and sold right away, however David remained patient and optimistic with us. When we were losing patience, David provided options and suggestions that may help us sell faster. He helped us figure out our bottom line for sale to ensure that we could find and afford the house we desired...

Dave worked with me for 3 years to find the perfect home. We had a lot of wants on our list and he was very patient. We were not the easiest customers to please but he hung in there and we could not be happier with our choice!!
