If you can afford to see David Dunner, you can afford to see a better doctor for less money. He is by far the most condescending doctor I've ever visited in my entire life, and I honestly don't think he would know what to do with a patient if he didn't have his many checklists to guide him.
Paint by numbers is for kids, not PhD's, and "Dr." Dunner uses credentials in lieu of competence. ...
