Hoffman met with my dad and I on a free consultation visit. After the 1 hour of discussing the facts and if I should go through with the divorce he stated that he would need $1250.00 down for the retaining fee and that todays charge would be $150.00 for the processing filing and fees. I left his building with no receipt just his word that the cost was $150.00 and then I called him to ask how to...
