The technician was very professional and courteous. Came as scheduled and went straight to work. We had a small problem with a bolt on the door coming loose after the technician left but when I called him he returned right away and repaired the problem. He was very courteous and appreciate his work to make everything correct.

I have paid just for coming and change the light bulbe. To pay 85 $ for accepting the order is ridiculous prize

The tech did not arrive on time. I had to call the office and was then told that my tech was out sick and would be replaced with another tech who would fit me in. I would have appreciated a call to let me know that my scheduled appointment would not be kept. The office staff told me that a tech would arrive in 30 minutes, which he did.
