My son ran cross country for his 4 years in high school. He ran over uneven ground filled with ruts and holes at times. It took a toll on his knees. His team mates would meet him at the finish line with a bag of ice. We ended up going to Dr. Pocos. He recommended therapy - which helped some but he still had pain. He ended up inserting the scope and found a small area that needed some correction...
