stayed at the davenport motel recently. You drive right to your door. The room was exceptionally clean and well kept. They have refrig, microwave, cable tv, internet. I would defintiely reccomend them for your next stay.

stayed at Davenport Motel recently. The customer service was excellent, the rooms were very clean and sharp looking. The beds are comfortable, the separate bathroom with shower and bath was very clean. Each room has a refrigerator and microwave and you get complimentary coffee and tee. The Davenport Motel is clean, safe, comfortable, and has nice amenities (fridge and microwave in most rooms, desks, etc.), I was in the area for work and found it very functional and enjoyable. The owner is flexible, and it is an old style motel where you can back your car up to your room. Also a great Mexican restaurant nearly next door and a Safeway across the street. Good value. We have always thought this was a cute and clean looking hotel...however when we phoned for rates we were told all the negatives right off the bat. My thought was this gal had had some really BAD tenants. To make a long story short we were put off by all the warnings and did not even try. Instead we chose the Black Bear Motel at the other end of town and had a great time!
