I really enjoyed going there to look at the new stuff throughout the years. I bought a MacBook Pro there 4 years ago. A great machine it was. There is a logic board recall on that model of machine regarding the graphics chip. Mine malfunctioned they wanted to charge me $1300.00 to send it off and replace the logic board, which is a RECALL. I had a great experience with my mac laptop's water damage with them. They got to it quickly and sent it to apple when needed. I didn't anticipate such quick service and decent pricing! Definite???

Bad service, They told me I would get a call when the new macbooks came in, I called back 5 days later and I was informed that They had arrived 4 days earlier and were now sold out. They told me I would receive a call when a new shipment came in, and never received a call again.

As much as I loath having to write this I really think this needs to be said. I live in Springfield Mo. and wanted to give my business to a local retail operation. I was in the market for a Mac laptop computer and visited Database first. I must say they were nice, knowledgeable and I was sold. I also knew the same computer was available at Best Buy for the same money and over the internet...
