Clean trucks, have gas in the trucks, when someone makes a reservation provide the customer with the truck that they reserved. Reserved 26' recieved a 20' and it just wasn't big enough. I will be using another company to move the rest of my belongings. They only had one truck SAD empty and dirty.

45 minutes to check in and alredy had a reservation 1st unit they had me TRY to hook up to was broken and it blocked the 2nd one they had. Associate had no knowledge what so ever of what to do to hook up to it at all

Horrible service all around. Waited over 2 hours for them to get things together even though was scheduled to pick up at 10 a.m and also scheduled 4 days in advance.

The seal in the drivers door fell off as soon as I arrived and opened the door at the location I was moving from. I was able to push it back on. Gave me a little scare. I reported this and there was previous knowledge of the seal. I wasn't charged, however it was not mentioned during the overview before I left the premises.
