Misdiagnosed my son's blindness! How does an ophthalmologist not know that someone is blind? Prescribed .75 eyeglasses instead. Would NEVER recommend Dr. Bacal to anyone.

THis office is very difficult to get thru to on their phones. And the visit is very long. I am not pleased with the length of time I have to wait on the phone trying to get an appointment or in the office during my appointment.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Never, EVER would I see Dr. Shapiro again. I found him to be extemely condescending and rude. He may be a knowledgeable doctor but his huge ego is a complete turn off for me.
