My son had a scheduled appointment on May 25, 2017 at the Clinton location.I arrived at the office to find a note on the door stating the office had been permanently closed as of May 1, 2017 and we would receive our records.I did not receive a letter or call stating that the office was closing prior to the appointment.I called the office in Waldorf closed also.I left a message on the voicemail...

I am very disappointed with Dr. Darrell Clark office he close the Clinton office without notifying his patients. I was do to get my braces off today no one is answering the phones and no return calls. I have paid them in full. I guess I will have to report them to the news. I went to Dr Clark about 18 months ago for braces. My last appointment in March 2017, I was told I had about 6 more months in braces. I called last week to confirm my next appointment and heard voice recording that the office is closed indefinitely. No phone call or no notice at all. I have paid over $4,000 for my braces now I have to pay another ortho to finish treatment. This is terrible...
