Great design, poor execution

The design/floor plans of their houses are great. The bad thing is that they take forever and it's a fight to get most warranty work done. We went through 4 different contractors and a lot of stress before getting our work done. There is a lot of turnover in the company too. Good choices and reasonably priced upgrades. Overall I gave them an average rating because I love the floor plan so much.
