While this doctor is okay, the office is so mismanaged that I cannot recommend. They overbook and have no respect for patients time. The waiting room is an overheated Petrie dish. When questioned on their tardiness staff become rude and superior. I recently endeavored for the third time, to be seen by this doctor. After waiting over an hour I left. I was recommend to Dr. Pagona by two different friends and made an appointment two months ago for a Saturday in late November. Today an employee called me from their office who was extremely unpersonable with a lack of manors on the phone. Called to make an apt in February earliest apt was may 15. They canceled my apt and I can't get another one until July. 5 months to get an apt is ridiculous
