I recently came to darktan after having a bad experience at another tanning place. I purchased a month of tanning but missed out on 3 weeks due to my daughter getting really sick. I contacted the person in charge and they were nice enough to extend my package for another 3 weeks. Best service i have ever had. love it.. :)

no way on the spray tan!

I went here just a couple of days before my friend's wedding, which was in this area. I am from 7 hours away, so I had no experience with this location.

Their spray booths do not give you color options. The mats on the floor in the booth and just outside of it had so much residue from prior sprays, that the bottoms of both of my feet were a dark, dark orange and brown for dayssss - even with endless scrubbing.

The tan came out incredibly unevenly. The fronts of my calves had ZERO color, my feet were far too dark, my knees were very, very splotchy, and the backs of my arms ending up having...

I have been tanning at darkTan for over 3 years now. Recently I purchased a week of tanning and missed out on a few days due to burning. I contacted the manager via email at there website and they were nice enough to extend my package a few more days. I have always been treated right and have had all my questions answered. The Newly built Location in Canandaigua. is WONDERFUL Nice staff wonderful place HIGHLY RECOMENDED. ESPECIALLY OVER TANNING BED Its cheaper too ALOT Cleaner. They need to add their Canandaigua Location to YellowPages and get it in the phone book so ppl can acually call them. without calling the geneva store for the Canandaigua number thats all :D WONDERUFLLNESS
