The "Comfort Care Specialist", Ashe, was awesome! He had brochures (that he let me keep), so I could better understand what I was buying. I had 4 estimates, and Dan's surpassed all wih flying colors! Installers were great! I had to buy complete HVAC system, My house is ice cold at 76*! Competative priced with courtesy, respect and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. These are quality people. They are very competent in all aspects of the work. I wanted a complete removal and replacement of the entire HVAC systems for my home. Everything was done methodically and thoroughly, and was made as convenient for my schedule as possible as well as for another contractor who was doing different work but in the same areas of the house. Excellent installers. completed the installation in 1/2 day.
Helped us with some additional items and was easy to work with.

I will recommend them to others who need to replace a heat pump or need service They were competitive in service and cost and preformed a superior installation with great customer service!
