Our son's hot water heater went out over New Year's weekend. We made several (6) calls to plummers, told them to call us by Monday morning. As of noon Monday only one had called. Absolute horrible experience with this plumber. He did not fix what he was hired to fix. He left a lot of debris on my floor, did not clean up after the work and then let dirty water from a pipe drain onto the floor saturating my carpet. He offered to put a fan on the carpet but did not offer to clean the stained carpet! He charged $110 per hour for his fee. He was extremely rude and...
