I found Dr. Chilton to be rude and despondent. He basically got really close into my face and talked to me like I was stupid, knowing I had gone through a tough time lately being in the hospital. I have been a patient of doctor Chilton for over 20 years and find him to be terrific doctor. He is very patient and really listens to your needs. He does not rush to give you a prescription and then send you out the door like so many doctors. I once ended up in the hospital due to a spasmodic esophagus that the hospital could not diagnose with many tests. After hearing my symptoms, doctor...

Contrary to my expectations, Dr Chilton fell short as he proved to be dismissive and rude, created an adversarial situation by his comments and failed to provide the healing atmosphere that should have been present in every doctor/patient relationship.

Very through. Spends as much time as needed for complete exam and explanation of next steps. Friendly, attentive, funny, genuinely concerned for patient health. I am 60 and been going to him for about 15 years. By far the best Dr. I ever had.

Dr. Chilton makes you feel as though you are his only patient that day. He has a great sense of humor and never sugar-coats what you need to do to get better.

His staff is cheerful and extremely competent.

My wife and I have recommended Dr.Chilton to a number of friends and they are as pleased with him as we are.
