He didn't listen or seem to care about what i had to say but was very forceful and brutal! When I asked why the procedure was so extremely painful he said, "I couldn't get the medication to work so I just went ahead without it." He showed no empathy or compassion, leaving me in severe, agonizing pain.

I brought my elderly father to Dr. Kellner. He prescribed some medication, which didn't work at all, so we went back. At this visit Dr. Kellner seemed impatient to end the visit. He prescribed another med but didn't pay much attention to what my father had to say, and actually started leaving the room as my father was asking him a question.
