Upon my first visit I realized Dr Chen is an outstanding.doctor. Dr Chen explained his diagnosis and treatment in simple and plain English..I was being treated for a severe eye infection and was unable to see out of one eye. would never recommend this doc. he should not be practicing anymore. misdiagnosed and incompetent at surgery which was unsuccessful and had to be redone by another better doc.
