Been there several times - all the pies I tired have been great. A cool local place that I can see ending up on Food Network or something like that! A bit pricey ($6 a slice when I went) but worth it.

Service is good sometimes and other times note, but it doesn't really effect my experience.

Delicious pies; disgusting service

We were very happy with the $500+ worth of pies we bought for our wedding last year. However, when we ordered a pie online for our first anniversary, we were promptly charged but received no pie. We called every week for a month and were given multiple excuses (and only one apology) before we got a call back from the owner. He dismissed the issue with nonchalance and promised a refund. A week later, we have seen no sign of a refund.

We have gotten pie here a few times, it has always been pretty good, just a bit expensive. We picked up a slice of coconut cream pie for my mother and she got extremely ill from it. My advice: do not eat here, it is dangerous!

This bakery has inventive flavors and makes a great product. Last time I visited I had the White Trash Creme Brulee.
