Dan moved his personal training studio and is now offering group ex classes. All the Zumba, Pilates & Yoga are by donation and the Boot Camp & Indo Row classes are resonably priced at $10-$20 per class. The Indo-Row classes are indoor rowing done to music with sculpting & core work thrown in for an all-around awesome workout. Check it out! No membership required.
