Drove 250 miles to purchase a BMW M3 from Dallas Roadster, however there were several problems with the vehicle (defect with tire sensor system, missing manual, service history, sat nav dvd, tire compressor, and car was overdue an oil change). Dealer refused to rectify all of these issues prior to purchase, suggested I buy the vehicle anyway and battle BMW to fix sensors under warranty, download a manual from ebay etc... Really? Spend over $50k on a broken vehicle? When I suggested they rectify the problems and ship the vehicle to me at their expense, they refused. They wasted a day of my life that I will never get back. Nice, shiny vehicles, but look below the surface before you buy.

I would not recommended dallas roadstaer to my worst enemy. In 2007 they sold a 2004 bww, not allowing me to see the vehicle history, ( assuring me that the vehicle has never been in an accident)they sold me a accident fixed up vehicle that was a piece of s. They are very good at cons and making you fell welcomed. They can make u fell as if you are buying the best quality car in the world. Please i repeat please, please, please do not buy or even look (loook) in their lot. Believe me i am preventing u from a headache
