I also tried to place an order at 4 and they would not pick up the phone. I tried calling numerous times. I guess staying those extra 30 minutes is unbearable, but unfortunately also bad business!

I have been in Dal-Tile many times and have bought tile and supplies from them. Their selection is really awesome. The store is very clean...
