I've been with dak since 1999 and never had a problem. dak has worked with me and I'm still renting from them. If you don't do right by them how do you expect them to do right for you.

I've been renting with DAK for years and they always did right by me. They've worked with me and the building I live in is always clean and safe. I am very satisfied with where I live and do not plan on leaving anytime soon.

David Earldson IS a POS !! HE IS the bottom of the food chain !!! Stay away from his properties !! WE have lived In one of his apts for the past two years and the guys IS a slum LORD !! All he cares about Is his money . Some sites that I have been to show he only makes $500,000 to $1 Mil a year . Thats BS . He owns so much .

POOR. They upped my rent and didn't tell me and expect me to backpay the rent. Horrible maintenance. Horrible customer service - everyone I talk to is not only not nice, but down right mean. Horrible company. Not worth it. I wish I could give it 0 stars. Or negative stars.
