bad experience EVERYTIME

I have been to this location 4 different times since it reopened under different management and it has not improved.I ordered a large pecan cluster blizzard to be made with cone dip and butterscotch and a small crunch cone. Lady handed me the not so crunch cone very little crunch. I waited and waited. My daughter was in line behind me and ordered a small cup of ice cream a chocolate extreme...
