Love Dairy Queen but not this one. This Dairy Queen does not honor any of the coupon codes from the Dairy Queen app. Fries were soggy and cold. Ice cream was half melted by the time they gave it...

We go there often but lately the service has been horrible. The past 2 times we placed our order in drive thru and when we get to the window our order is all wrong and they don't understand you. Very frustrating. We need another ice cream place in Cairo

Cheap. Fast food is usually cheap, but they usually give you the necessities - napkins, ketchup, plasticware, etc. This Dairy Queen gave me the "dipped chicken strips" that I ordered, minus the dipped. When we asked for ketchup, we were given one pack and sent on our way. 1 package of ketchup for two people's fries? The food was cold, as well. I like the one in Thomasville much better, even...
