the more money you give this place, the more attention you will get and the more money they will try to get out of you. do your research. or if you have a lot of money and are very lonely and don't mind selling everything you own and leaving your loved ones in place for your dahn family, this might be the place for you.
I 've been doing many different types of yoga for long time... my experience here at Dayh yoga was so amazing!! I feel so alive & fresh... like a new person! Exercise was very deep and good movement ..meditation was very peaceful .. instructors were caring and kind ..exactly knew what my body need.. Thanks dahn yoga!!!!
