Had them come to fix an electrical problem i had and they fixed 1st time. No problems after that and they were not rude. (as said in other reviews)

6/6/2014 (4:10p.m.) "Dad" Patchen was just at my home to give me an estimate on some electrical work and all I can say is that he was beyond rude to say the least. It was as if I was bothering him by asking for an estimate. I abruptly made him leave my home. If he speaks this way to other potential customers; then I hope his potential customers list dwindles down to zero.

The power went out in my daughter's room and I couldn't figure out what the deal was.
