Beware! Tech came out to fix a common issue in fridge. Tried to charge $300+ for $10 part. Tech was rude, left a mess and did not fix problem. Company is not responsive to our calls.

Horrible. Working through GE on our new dishwasher under extended warranty. They told GE they never came out to our house to work on it although we have receipts from their 3 visits. They couldnt fix the issue and don't conduct themselves professionally My wife didnt feel comfortable with the guy in the house. I would use ANY OTHER COMPANY before calling them. Please DO NOT USE THEM.

I actually had a great experience with this company ~ came out when they said they would; fixed the leaking dishwasher quickly and the repairman was very friendly with suggestions on cleaning our dishwasher with an over the counter product (which we purchased at the local grocery store) and it cleans and works much better. Horrible! Came an hour before appointment time and would not wait 15 minutes for me to meet them! Would not come back later in the day! Did not care to! Don't use this service! They don't even deserve the one star!
