I was running late on a Friday night prior to Thanksgiving and needed to do the repairs on the weekend. They waited for me to get there late during rush hour and helped determine the appropriate amount of material to do my repair. Very good service. Thankfully they are open as noone else in Tucson seems to care about repairing patio furniture as the four stores I called do not stock anything. ...

Called today to get directions, woman that answered was rude, stated they don't sell patio furniture, I informed her website says D & J Patio Furniture & Repair, and she told me I was wrong.
