I would not recommend this company to anyone, not even an enemy. To be fair, we gave them the benefit of the doubt more than once and have tried to make the relationship work for almost a year. Shame on us! They have NEVER been on time for an appointment. Getting them to show up at all often required multiple phone calls. Our service contract was never honored - they NEVER came to perform the work, Once we finally did get in touch with the owner we were told that we would get a full refund of our service contract price. Still waiting on the check. We have made multiple attempts to contact...
