They never changed my address and now I have no tv. Customer service and tech support can't figure it out. There were 2 of us paying the bill for this address and the other people shut it off so...

You know it's Friday the 13th when...

Your standing in line (for 15 min) at Comcast to return equipment and they suddenly tell everyone in line that they can't help you because there system is down. Your options hang out with us for a bit or come back later....,

I have had Comcast for 4 years and they are nothing but a joke. If I where you and you are looking to be a part of Comcast I would suggest going with dish. They are much better service and don't...
