What ever happened to customer service? Sure, this company has a nice (misleading) website, but where is the service? The website claims "24 Emergency Service" which it does not have. The site claims to work with insurance claims, which again, it does not. I called and made an appointment for a chipped windshield. I needed it fixed before the Thanksgiving holiday because we were going out of...
