I was very disappointed with obtaining my own records. They gave me a hard time obtaining them. It is my records and I should have them as I need them w/o arguments. I would never wanna see them.

Office staff needs to understand what is meant by customer service. Very rude, sweeps aside what you say as being of no consequence...if only the staff was as caring and professional as Dr Fenberg is.....
