Family owned and operated since 1957, we've been connected to the bicycle industry for four generations. We sell the cream of the crop when it comes to bicycles, and we have an on-site warehouse full of inventory. If we don't have it, we can most likely get it in.
It is a shame there isn't a lower category than one star to describe Cycle Mart of Miami.
The people working there are the rudest, most abusive creatures I have come across in years. How can they work in a bike shop? Bike store people are usually friendly and ready to help. Instead, Cycle Mart employees are apparently hired on their ability to demean customers.
No problem. They can abuse someone else. I have been there the last time and truly hope others follow my lead.
I went there to get a bike for my son but the owners were so rude I had to leave the store. They were ill mannered and condescending about my little knowledge of dirt bikes. I think they are very scary people and would never go back there again. I don't know why they are in business if they treat the public that way.
