Bought my first bike 2 days ago and went to this store for a helmet and jacket. They had a great deal on both and the customer service from Rex was great. He explained the differences of the cheaper Vs more expensive helmets and answered any other questions I had as well as find me a right fitting jacket. All in all great experience.

The entire staff (and Rex specifically) have been so helpful and courteous and I greatly appreciate having such a great person running the show there. I'm a loyal customer and Rex has earned my loyalty to Cycle Gear.

Nice selection from Entry to Bombproof gear and good about honoring their warranties. I have had good luck with their Sedici gloves.

Good on swapping (most cases). But bad on the price as in if you had something for under a month and swap it for the samething you still get charged. Even if it's factory defect and or not even worm at all.
Although at this store I actually had items equally swapped. Other then that the times for sales and clearances need to be fixed. Web say what one thing, flyer says another and the store...
