This pharmacy is terrible! I took my prescriptions after I let the hospital with bronchitis and they told me they would be ready at 6pm. I return at 6:03pm to the drive thru and am told they will give me the meds in a moment. Ten minutes and two cars later I ring the bell to see what is taking so long. and they inform me they had FORGOTTEN about me. I wait another 10 minutes to be informed that the system had been down and they would have the meds ready in about 15 minutes (mind your I have a 2 yr old and a 4 yrs old in the car with me) the woman tells me she will try to get it out quicker. but by 6:45 I just went in to the store to speak to the manager (useless) and hopefully get my meds. The STORE MANAGER tells me there is nothing he can do and that an apology would be useless so he was not going to bother. I go to speak the the Pharmacist that says she can not do anything about it and they are contacting the insurance now to have it approved AT 7PM! I had to go to Walgreens on Coral Way to get my medicine!
