From physician office, On hold to speak w pharmacy regarding a prescription for greater than 1/2 hour. Each time the phone rings the pharmacy the button is pushed to return call to hold. This is very bad for the patient that entrusted her prescriptions to you. The patient called me to report a problem that I can not resolve because the phone is not answered.

I had scraped my knees a day before and i decided to go to CVS early Friday morning before going in to work to buy a couple of things to clean my injuries.
