Rented a car for less than 18 hours back on 11/1/13. When returning the car a small plastic splash guard under the car detached itself when entering parking garage. Informed the attendant great car except for the splash guard just detaching randomly upon entering the parking garage. Complaint: I have rented cars from Natoinal/Enterprise for over 10 years. I typically bought all three of their insurance options. I always asked to confirm that this insurance covers absolutely every kind of possible damage. I was told "yes" by over 20 different employees of Enterprise/National, quite unequivocally. I did follow up with the social media coordinator, and was eventually able to speak to the regional manager.  The problem was resolved, the claim was cancelled, and the money refunded.  It should not have required three months and an appeal to social media to get a resolution from Enterprise about the situation, but I am satisfied with the outcome.
