To miss the weekend circus, try Cuvee on Wednesdays. A decent-sized crowd turns out, but there aren't the typical weekend hassles to deal with; for instance, your designated driver may be able to score a parking spot and avoid the $12 valet fee.

Know Before You Go

The door is tricky to find, leaving many club-goers walking aimlessly up and down Erie Street. Pass them by and head around the side of the building to find the entrance, which is located in the back alley.

Generally, only an invite or table reservation will ensure entrance. If you don't have either, dress to impress and you'll up your chances of getting past the picky door staff.
