Great food, great people. We have been going to Cuvée for years. It is always great. Many restaurants can be hit and miss. But Cuvée is consistently awesome.

this is a repeat visit. Chef Gilbert has a great prix fixe menu - and is fun to chat with. We love the intimacy of this little restaurant in historic Oregon wine town of Carlton.

We live in Yamhill County and dine regularly in McMinnville and Portland. Cuvee is an exception in the consistency of food, flavor, and service. We like fine wines, but also don't want to feel taken advantage of. Cuvee has a small list with wonderful and reasonably priced wines. This is a worthwhile stop.

We've been going to Cuvee for more than 8 years now and always enjoy our dining experience. The food is terrific and you can't beat the Pre Fixe dinners on Sunday evening. $30 includes appetizer or dessert, salad or soup, and main course. My wife and I split the appetizer and dessert. They have a nice selection of both local and French wines.
