This is the best travel agency in Houston. I have been with Cheryl at Custom Travel for around 7 years. I used to ask her for a quote and get several other quotes from other travel agencies. After the third year, I quit doing that (she always gave me the lowest price). Cheryl has gone above and beyond, every year. I call and e-mail her with questions and she gets back with me quickly (usually within a few minutes). She has never let me down (and I'm hard to please). The staff is incredible. They are so helpful and provide good information. We were able to do lay a way for our vacation. They will do anything they can to help you get your trip planned. My sister is going to use them to do her destination wedding. We were reffered to them by several people we know and we are so glad to have found them.
