I felt the need to express my opinion about Cookie at Custom Tailoring. I have had alterations done in states of Washington, Oregon and Arizona and Cookie at Custom Tailoring is by far the best tailor I have found. Cookie knows her stuff and will take care of you! She's mended and repaired several items for me. Consistently excellent work!

Cookie is consistently hiring seamstresses, and then when they find out she only pays about $4 an hour and quit, she refuses to even give them their last paycheck. I quit over a month ago and she still has yet to pay. She also is very rude to her employees and often berates them right in front of clients. She also will often tell clients she will do the job herself and then passes the job off.

Very unprofessional atmosphere.The Owner or Manager yells at her employees in front of customers.Very slow service.
