I dropped off a pair shoes with a dust bag. I came to pick up my shoes with NO dust bag. (Although I could see a Dior dust bag hanging with shoes clearly too big to fit the bag). Mr. Shin began his apprenticeship as a master tailor in Seoul, South Korean in 1976. After coming to the States, Mr. Shin opened his own store in Queens Orchard, Maryland in the Queen's Orchard Plaza in May of 1982. He has been in business at the Mall in Columbia since 1994, and specializes in custom made clothing.
