Not too suprised to find out that others are having the same issues. The first time I did business with custom mobility they would finally return my call after leaving several messages and took forever helping me with my issues on a wheelchair they provided. I can't say enough good things about Custom Mobility. They service and sell wheelchairs and now they even sell vans. They have always returned my calls promptly. If you want your wheelchair fixed right the first time call Custom Mobility.

If I could leave 0 stars I would...Very slow to respond to problems and they do not have enough staff to cover there territories. Owner does not respond to any complaints...I would not recommend them at all!!!
