I used another maid service that was a franchise and besides being inconsistant with service they were not very flexible. I have used Custom Maid Service for the past several months on an every two week basis and couldn't be more happy. Communication is great, the cleaning teams they send are very good, friendly, and professional. I hope to use Custom Maid Service for a very long time. I am sold on them!!

I signed up for once a week cleaning and was to get the 5th free. The owner seemed very nice & accomodating on the phone, so she made me feel comfortable signing up for the long haul. By the fourth cleaning, the ever changing and untimely crew had broken an antique music box (which they offered to pay repair), deeply scratched my bathroom cabinet doors, had to be called back to redo granite tops (yuk! they were dull & gritty & hopefully not permanetly damaged), stainless steel appliances were streaked, rather than shiny, garbage was not emptied in bathroom, shower was not cleaned...
