Terrible customer service. I had to spend 3 days vacuuming and picking up nails and staples they left everywhere. I was told to by twine and they would bundle our old carpet. I did! They ripped it out and threw it in the corner of my garage in a piled mess. I COULDVE DONE THAT MYSELF! Took chunks our of 2 or our walls and never said anything to us about it! When asked to come back to clean up after themselves, they send a guy out to look...we were told he'd call with a date and that was the last we heard from them. They have never returned another call. Offical complaint filed with Better...

Went to sheridan store in amherst to buy laminate flooring for my kitchen.Took sample home with me liked it went back to store to pick it up becauce sample said in stock no, had to order not in stock took almost three weeks to get.(they told me they put a rush on it ha!) went to get my order when it came in,took it home guess what wrong color! took it back to store they told me they called...
