These guys really know their business! They listened to what I wanted, gave suggestions and a firm Quote on how much everything would cost including labor and tax. Then they told me about the warranty, told me how long it would take and gave me an appointment. When all work was done, they had not only beat the time in which they said it would be done .....but also not charged me a nickle more...

I went to Custom Car Sounds on Main St in Ventura CA to find a security system for my daughters' 2006 Dodge Caliber. They recommended a particular system that I paid for and my daughter would bring the car in later.

Sorry To Hear About Your Frustration...& A Suggestion

Hi George, very sorry to hear about that. Yes, I agree you got ripped off. An honest/reputable shop would have refunded the money, or simply done it right!
Unfortunately it is becoming harder and harder to find reputable installation shops, or installers who will not cause permanent damage to your vehicle, let alone simply installing it correctly!
