It was a dark, cold middle of the night very far from our home in Florida when our diesel Excursion decided to die. We were on a work assignment in Manchester so we had our truck towed to a Ford Garage close by. Custom Car Care is wonderful. They're very caring. I don't find they're going to be misleading me or give me false advice. Being a woman, that's hard to find with mechanics. I can't just go to any mechanic. They also give same day service, and provide a loaner car at no charge to you while they are working on your car.

Custom Car Care has serviced my vehicles for about 6-7 years now. I'm a fleet customer, and they have serviced 3 company trucks, 2 personal cars, and my business partner's family car. What's great about them is their ability to prioritize situations and get things done.

If one of my money making trucks is down, I can call them and they do what they need to do to get it back. They'll assist me...

Joe is wonderful with my car and always gives the best service. My family and i do not trust anyone else with our cars. Joe knows us by name and is always willing to make time for us. Unfortunatly he always rotates the tires without asking, which always adds $20 to the bill.
